All courses will be subject to a £100 booking fee

All bookings should be accompanied by an official company order

Any cancellations must be received within 10 working days of the agreed course commencement date.

All course fees are subject to change without notice

The final certification remains the property of EJ Training until the course fees are paid in full.

The balance of the agreed course fee is due immediately upon commencement of the course.

It is the responsibility of an employer to ensure that trainees are suitably physically fit and sufficiently mentally equipped to operate a powerful machine, and be able to recognise the machine's limitations and potential dangers. Trainees should normally be at least 18 years of age.

Operator courses will require the following facilities:
- One fork lift truck in a safe mechanical condition for the duration of the course
- An adequate supply of emply pallets and simulated stackable loads in a practical training area (preferably undercover), set apart from the work place of dimensions 40' x 20' minimum. Larger spaces will be required for large trucks.
- Access will normally be required to the normal work place for trainees at certain times during the course
- An area which can be used for conducting classroom lessons will be required at certain times during the course.
- The trainees uninterrupted attendance will be required for the duration of the course.
- Other machines (MEWP etc), will require an area suitable to simulate the normal working environment of the machine.
